Licensing & activation

How your license, devices, and offline use work.

Your purchase adds a lifetime v1.x license to your account. You do not need a

separate purchase key.

Activating

Open your dashboard, create a device code, and paste it into the app.

The code expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once. The app exchanges

it for a cryptographically signed token bound to that device.

Once activated, the app works offline. Licenses are cryptographically signed and

verified locally, so you don't need a connection to keep working. If the app

can't reach the server for a while, an offline grace window keeps you running,

and it re-validates quietly once you're back online.

A license activates on up to 3 devices at once. If you switch machines,

deactivate the old one in the app (Settings, then Deactivate on this device);

that frees the seat for the new machine. A freed seat

becomes available again 3 hours after deactivation, which keeps one code

from being shared around. Activations are device-bound, so sharing a code across

people won't work, and shared or leaked codes can be revoked.

Licenses are non-refundable once the app is downloaded or the license is

fraudulently, refunded, leaked, or shared may be revoked, as covered by the

Everything (license status, devices, downloads, and billing) lives in your

dashboard. Verifying your email keeps recovery and account

security working smoothly.
