This EULA is between you and Coadite for Godot MCP Studio.

Purchase through Polar

For paid licenses, Polar Software, Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. Polar's terms govern the purchase and payment, while this EULA remains between you and Coadite and governs your right to install and use Godot MCP Studio.

Grant

You receive a lifetime license for the v1.x line: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on devices you personally own or control, for personal and commercial Godot projects.

Restrictions

  • No resale, redistribution, public sharing, or sublicensing.
  • No repackaging or reselling as a competing Godot MCP product.
  • No uploading of paid files to public repositories.
  • Agent rules, skills, and reference files delivered by either edition are product files licensed for local use in your own projects. You may not publish, redistribute, or sublicense them.

The games, project code, assets, and other work you create with Godot MCP Studio remain yours. These restrictions apply to the product files themselves, not to your output.

Lifetime and versioning

"Lifetime" means every v1.x update, not unlimited future major versions. Within the v1.x line, releases may be feature updates, patches, or hotfixes (for example 1.2.0, 1.2.1); all of them are included, and version numbers do not follow a fixed cadence.

The lifetime license covers the software. It does not include unlimited hosted AI generation or other services with ongoing third-party processing costs. Complimentary and purchased generation credits are governed by the Terms of Service.

If a paid major version (v2 or later) is released, it is a separate purchase, and v1.x license holders will be offered discounted upgrade pricing. The v1.x line keeps receiving fixes for a reasonable transition period after any major release.

Revocation

Licenses obtained fraudulently, refunded, leaked, or shared may be revoked.

Changes

We may update this agreement at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
