About the studio

More time for the game you want to make.

Godot MCP Studio brings your AI assistant, your game art, and your Godot project together. Built by Coadite, for the work between an idea and a playable game.

A pixel-art adventurer and turquoise slime building a miniature village on a floating island.

Why we built it

The game should be the interesting part.

Connecting an AI assistant to Godot can mean installing dependencies, editing configuration, and figuring out whether the editor is actually connected. We built a desktop app to take care of that setup.

From there, the assistant can inspect the scene you have open, help edit your project, and playtest the result. Image Studio adds a place to draw, generate, and animate the art that belongs in it.

Your project stays yours

Project editing runs on your computer. Image generation uses the prompt and images selected for that request. Your AI client's privacy settings determine how it handles the context it reads.

How your data is handled

You choose the permissions

Safe Edit asks before destructive actions and code execution. Full Control lets your agent carry them out directly. The local server enforces the mode you choose.

Setup should feel simple

Choose a project and connect your AI client from the desktop app. It handles the addon and configuration, so you can get back to the scene you're building.

Made by Coadite

Coadite builds digital products and custom software. With Godot MCP Studio, we want the tools around game development to feel as considered as the games you make with them.
