Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-27

These Terms govern your use of Godot MCP Studio, provided by Coadite ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the software you agree to these Terms.

License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use Godot MCP Studio for personal and commercial Godot projects, on devices you own or control. See the EULA for the full terms.

Purchases and payment

Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases of Godot MCP Studio. You purchase the product from Polar through its checkout, while Coadite remains the supplier and licensor of the software and is responsible for product support.

Polar processes the payment, calculates and collects applicable sales taxes, and provides transaction receipts and invoices. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the Polar Buyer Terms and Polar Privacy Policy.

Image generation credits

The lifetime software license and hosted image generation are separate. Eligible licenses may receive a one-time complimentary credit grant. Additional credits are one-time purchases and do not renew.

The desktop app shows the credit cost before a hosted request is submitted. A terminal provider or storage error does not consume credits. An uncertain queue or in-progress cancellation may temporarily hold the quoted amount while the request is reconciled; the hold is then settled only for a completed output or released. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Generated output can require manual correction. You are responsible for reviewing its suitability, accuracy, and rights before using or distributing it.

Acceptable use

  • No resale, redistribution, public sharing, or sublicensing.
  • No repackaging as a competing Godot MCP product.
  • No uploading of the paid files to public repositories.
  • Do not publish or redistribute agent rules, skills, or reference files installed by Godot MCP Studio.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coadite is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date on this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
